Freezer Use: Our communal freezer is placed in our store and is free for your use, but please be mindful of others. If it's full, a ₱500 fee applies for excess storage.
AC House Guests: A cooler is available upon request; just buy ice.
Limited Tableware: We offer a limited supply of spoons, forks, and plates. Paper plates are available for purchase.
Note: Bringing electric cooking appliances like induction cookers or personal rice cookers will incur an additional charge for power consumption.
More than 14 days before check-in: The 50% downpayment will be forfeited. No additional charges will apply. 7 to 14 days before check-in: You will forfeit the 50% downpayment and be required to pay an additional 15% of the total booking cost. Total forfeiture: 65% of the total booking cost. Less than 7 days before check-in: You will forfeit the 50% downpayment and be required to pay an additional 25% of the total booking cost. Total forfeiture: 75% of the total booking cost. If the required cancellation fees are not paid, guests will be restricted from making future bookings until the outstanding amount is settled.
